This page outlines the billing, subscription, and refund policies for PromoLinks.me ("the Service"), operated by AGsoundtrax, LLC ("we", "us", "our").
2. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. All payment information is handled directly by Stripe in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
3. Free Trial
Eligible paid plans include a 7-day free trial. During the trial period, you will not be charged. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without being billed. If you do not cancel before the trial period expires, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and you will be charged accordingly.
4. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly). You will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the renewal date. Renewal charges are processed using the payment method on file with Stripe.
5. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard. After cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
- No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of the current billing period
6. Refund Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes subscriptions and any other purchases made through the Service.
- We do not issue partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period
- Failure to use the Service during the billing period does not qualify for a refund
- Account suspension or termination due to a violation of our Terms of Service does not qualify for a refund
In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be granted at our sole discretion, including:
- Duplicate charges — if you were accidentally charged more than once for the same billing period
- Technical issues — if a verified technical problem on our end prevented you from accessing the Service for an extended period
- First-time charge after trial — if you forgot to cancel before your free trial ended, we may issue a refund at our discretion if requested within 7 days of the charge

7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at info@promolinks.me with the following information:
- Your account email address
- The date of the charge
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
8. Failed Payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge according to Stripe's retry schedule. If payment cannot be collected after multiple attempts, your subscription may be canceled and your account downgraded to the free plan. You will be notified by email if a payment fails.
9. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Active subscribers will receive at least 30 days notice before any price increase takes effect. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before it renews at the new price.
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
